CANCELLATION POLICY

OUR STYLISTS OPERATE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY & OUR TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE AS YOURS. WE ASK THAT IF YOU ARE UNABE TO MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THAT YOU PLEASE NOTIFY THE SALON OR YOUR STYLIST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT. THIS ALLOWS US TO FILL YOUR SPOT WITH ANOTHER GUEST IN A TIMELY MANNER.

FAILURE TO GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF THE MISSED APPOINTMENT BEFORE RESCHEDULING ANOTHER SERVICE.

NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO 100% CHARGE OF MISSED APPOINTMENTS.

15 MINUTES LATE WILL RESULT IN CANCELATION OF APPOINTMENT OR CHANGE IN APPOINTMENT AT THE STYLIST DISCRETION.

WE ALL WANNA LOOK GOOD WHILE GETTING OUR HAIR DONE, BUT PLEASE OPT OUT OF WEARING YOUR BEST OUTFITS TO THE HAIR SALON. COLOR & CHEMICAL SERVICES CAN SOMETIMES GET MESSY & AS CAUTIOUS AS WE ARE, WE DON’T WANT TO RUIN ANY OF YOUR CLOTHING.
